Method:
- Cut the Ash gourd into big pieces.
- Add 1/4 table spoon cumin seeds and 1 green chilli (without removing the stem & cutting) and boil these items.
- Turn-off the stove when it is half-cooked.
- Add salt.
- Once the heat is slightly reduced, add the grated coconut which is optional.
- If you do not want to repeat Ash gourd in daily menu, use any other vegetables from creeper/climber plants.
