Bael Leaf Juice

Bael in other languages:

Method: 

1. Take 12 to 18 Bael leaves for adults (For children 6 to 9 leaves are enough)
2. Wash the leaves. 
3. Add little bit of water and make pulp. 
4. Extract the juice, add 100ml to 150ml water and drink.
