Boiled Vegetable side dish

Ingredients: (for 1 person)

  1. Two types of vegetables - 100 grams
  2. Cumin seeds - 1/2 table spoon
  3. Green Chilli - 1 no.
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Grated Coconut - 2 table spoons

Method:

  1. Take any two types of vegetables, cut them into medium size pieces. 
  2. Add Cumin seeds and green Chilli (do not cut or remove stem) to the vegetables. 
  3. Add little bit of water and half cook the vegetables. 
  4. Turn-off the stove. 
  5. Add salt to taste. 
  6. When the heat is slightly reduced, add the grated Coconut and mix well.
