Ingredients: (for 1 person)
Method:
- Two types of vegetables - 100 grams
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 table spoon
- Green Chilli - 1 no.
- Salt - to taste
- Grated Coconut - 2 table spoons
Method:
- Take any two types of vegetables, cut them into medium size pieces.
- Add Cumin seeds and green Chilli (do not cut or remove stem) to the vegetables.
- Add little bit of water and half cook the vegetables.
- Turn-off the stove.
- Add salt to taste.
- When the heat is slightly reduced, add the grated Coconut and mix well.
