Method:
Soak Green gram on the previous day for 6 hours. Wash twice and drain the excess water and put the green gram in another container before going to bed. Cover it with a lid and let there be a slight air flow. You will find the sprouted green grams in the next day morning.
Then take 1 cup of grated Carrot and 1 cup of finely chopped Cabbage. Mix all three items together and eat.

Optional:
- Add a small quantity of finely chopped Cucumber and a few Curry leaves. You may also add few drops of Ginger extract and grated coconut in this salad.
- Jaggery powder can be mixed while eating.
Instead of Ginger extract, you may add few drops of Lemon. In that case, do not add grated coconut. Eating lemon and coconut together is a wrong combination.
