Ingredients:
- Coriander seeds - 4 cups
- Cumin seeds - 1 cup
- Dry ginger powder - 1/4 table spoon
- Palm jaggery - to taste
- Keep the coriander seeds & cumin seeds under sunlight for 1 or 2 hours.
- Then use the mixer grinder jar (it should be dry) and make coarse powder.
- Store it in a air tight container.
- When you are preparing tea, take 200 ml water in a vessel and put 1 or 1.5 table spoons of Coriander & Cumin mix powder. Add dry ginger powder also.
- Let it boil for 5 to 8 minutes in simmer flame.
- Turn-off the stove.
- Finally add palm jaggery powder, filter the tea and drink.
- If you like the dry ginger taste, you may add that powder in the same container along with coriander & cumin seeds powder.
- Adding dry ginger powder is optional.
