Ingredients:
- Orange peels
- Palm jaggery
- Dry the Orange peels under sunlight very well. Ensure that fungus is not formed.
- Store the peels in a container.
- When you are preparing tea, take 200 ml water and boil it.
- Put 1 or 2 pieces of orange peel in the water and let it boil for 5 minutes in simmer flame.
- Then turn-off the stove.
- Add palm jaggery, stir well and filter the tea and drink.
