Food Log - Week 1

Introduction:
We started this log just as a way to look back.  We later realized that this is exactly some of our friends are looking for in helping them getting started with Life Natural diet.  Now this is also useful for us to smile back at ignorant people who is making fun of Life Natural diet. I am sure anyone who is going to watch this series of food log will appreciate the richness and varieties of this diet.

Notes: 
  • We usually fast by the end of every week i.e. Sundays.  But this week we had to attend a family function and hence we postponed our fast to next week.
  • I had some problem with excessive ear wax and wanted to stay on raw diet for 10 days and hence this week's log is full of raw diet.  I could have fasted, but our 'Living Forest' requires constant attention and manual effort.
