- BSD: "Basic Salad Dressing" consists of Tomato, Coconut, Coriander
- Life Natural sambar powder: Fenugreek seeds - 1 part, Black Pepper - 4 parts, Coriander seeds - 4 parts, Cumin seeds - 8 parts. Dry roast these separately, mix them, leave them to cool a little bit and while it is little hot, grind them to fine powder. You can use this in sambar and other curries instead of chilli powder.
