- We are on week 11 now and if you have followed all 10 weeks of our food log, you might have got an idea of our typical diet routine. Moving forward we will log snapshots of what we had in a week instead of daily split up, as the core essence of this log is to give the reader an idea of different kinds of salads and cooked food we could make and the kind of fruits and juices we include in our diet.
